Your task

• Support in strategic and operational planning for the introduction of our software products
• Developing solutions to train customers in the use of our products and integrate our software
• Further development of the infrastructure for our Customer Success Team (expansion of ticketing system, training plans/documents, knowledgebase, FAQs, etc.)
• Communicating and coordinating customer requests to our product team

What you bring

• Student in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar course of study
• Passion for software and production technology
• Desire to inspire our customers for innovative AI software and to help shape corresponding projects
• Independent and organized way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
